When the nest system is layered and stacked, it can form an economical retaining wall that meets all the specific structural requirements of the project. The system has a flexible structure and provides aesthetic enjoyment through vegetated walls. The horizontal terrace formed by the exposed filling of the outer nest chamber allows vegetation to flourish. This system can capture rainwater and control groundwater evaporation, creating a more natural environment for vegetation.

    Product Features

    Feature 1

Even in soft soil environments, it can resist all loads generated by the mass of the filling material and internal friction, maintaining structural stability.

    Feature 2

When the foundation soil is compressible or constructed in difficult to access locations, it can adapt to on-site challenges.

    Feature 3

Using brown, green, or other special color panels, the walls can blend into the environment.

    Feature 4

Compared to the spread type nest chamber slope protection and embankment, it allows for steeper slopes (≤ 81 °) to reduce the occupation of valuable land space and improve slope stability

    performance indicators

    1. Geocell flexible retaining wall technology is a more ecological option. The traditional non environmental solution that avoids large-scale labor, material, and expensive mortar rubble is a good supporting solution for building an ecological green highway.

    2. The use of geocell flexible retaining wall technology can effectively reduce the area occupied by the original ecological vegetation and repair the damage as much as possible, thus effectively protecting the ecological environment.

    3. The main function of geotextile cell flexible reinforced retaining wall technology is to reduce the occupied area of the project and improve the stability of the roadbed or slope.

    Slope protection mechanism

    Steep slope:

On structurally stable soil embankments, only a simple base protection is required, and the honeycomb restraint system steep slope system can establish a layered wall structure without additional soil reinforcement requirements.

    Geocomposite retaining wall:

When soil reinforcement materials are included in the wall, a honeycomb restraint system geotechnical composite retaining wall should be used. This system is lined in traditional retaining walls, combining backfill and tieback systems into a whole, becoming a restricted wall.

    Gravity retaining wall:

When there are space limitations and land reinforcement materials cannot be used, a honeycomb restraint system gravity retaining wall should be used. This system constructs a layered gravity wall that can resist lateral pressure and maintain structural integrity in the event of significant deformation of the foundation.

    Multi layer stacked ditch system:

Layered nest blocks filled with vegetation soil stacked along the slope of the ditch provide natural appearance and stable protection for the ditch exposed to intermittent or continuous erosion conditions from low to high flow rates. This multi-layer configuration can tolerate uneven settlement without losing system integrity and form a nearly vertical contour, thereby reducing the occupation of valuable land. When applied in areas with high-energy water flow impacts, the nest chamber block can be wrapped with coconut shell fiber fabric to reduce the potential loss of soil exposed in the outer nest chamber of newly grown vegetation, or filled with large aggregates or concrete grouting.
