    Product Features

    Construction points

    1. Trenching and dredging:

    To lay and install plastic blind pipes, it is first necessary to use an excavator to excavate a construction access road. After the construction of the access road is completed, dredging should be carried out from the middle to both ends of the road. The dredging thickness should be controlled within a certain range. It is important to remember to excavate a drainage ditch in the low-lying areas of the foundation during the dredging process that can discharge the accumulated water in the soft foundation, in order to discharge the accumulated water within the soft foundation range.

    2. Laying geotextile:

    After the dredging work is completed, the construction of the plastic blind ditch will begin. To reduce the accumulation of silt in the blind ditch, it is necessary to first lay geotextile in the plastic drainage blind ditch foundation pit, and then place larger sized stones at the bottom of the foundation pit. After the large stones are placed, small stones are placed. After the small stones are laid, crushed stones are placed at the top, and finally, they are rolled with a roller. After the rolling is completed, geotextile is laid.

    3. Laying and installing plastic blind ditches:

    A plastic drainage blind ditch should be laid every 30 meters horizontally, and a longitudinal drainage blind ditch should be constructed on the right side of the soft foundation to drain the water from the horizontal plastic blind ditch, effectively draining the surface and groundwater during construction, and reducing the impact of water on construction during roadbed filling. Construct a horizontal plastic drainage blind ditch in a sequence from the middle to both ends. After constructing the first horizontal drainage blind ditch, start throwing stones and squeezing silt towards both sides, squeezing out the silt towards both ends. After throwing stones for 30 meters, construct the second horizontal plastic drainage blind pipe.
