APPLICATIONS

Geomaterials for Waterproofing and Filtration

For more than ten years, Boyuan Geotechnical has provided complete water filtration and drainage system solutions for large-scale civil engineering projects such as national highway and railroad transportation, water conservancy construction, landscaping, bridges and tunnels. From project consultation, material selection, construction design, construction service to after-sales guarantee, Boyuan Geotechnical provides customers with safe and reliable water filtration and drainage system solutions.

The water filtration and drainage series products include staple fiber needle punched non-woven geotextile, polyester filament geotextile, geomembrane, geobag, soft permeable pipe, plastic blind ditch, etc. The products have the functions of filtration, seepage control, isolation, drainage, reinforcement and protection.

Principle

Utilizing the low permeability of geomaterials to block water flow, together with the filtration function of geotextile, to realize the precise control of waterproofing and water permeability.
1. impermeable layer: polymer material forms a continuous waterproof barrier.
2. Anti-filtration layer: water permeable and impermeable structure.
3. Drainage layer: guides water flow to be discharged in an orderly manner.

Core Advantages

a)  Permeability coefficient <1×10-¹¹ cm/s
b)  Puncture resistance ≥500N
c)  Excellent chemical resistance
d)  Service life > 50 years
e)  Adaptive deformation, flexible material to adapt to foundation settlement
