Warp knitted polyester fiber geogrid is a new type of high-quality geotextile substrate used to enhance the roadbed. It is made of high-strength polyester or polypropylene fibers, with a warp knitted directional structure and a special process of dipping and coating, fully exerting its mechanical properties.
Width: 1-6 M
Material: PET
Application scope:
Strengthening and reinforcing soft soil foundations such as highways, railways, and water conservancy.
Customization: Width, tension, etc. can be customized according to customer requirements

1. Warp knitted polyester geogrid is used for reinforcing soft soil roadbed in various roads such as highways, railways, and municipal roads, which can effectively improve the strength of the roadbed and delay the reflection cracks of the road.
2. Reinforcement and isolation of embankments and waterways in warp knitted polyester geogrid hydraulic engineering, reinforcement of soft soil foundation, enhancement of its protective capacity, and improvement of foundation bearing capacity and stability.
3. Warp knitted polyester geogrid is used for reinforcing embankment slopes, retaining walls, enhancing overall strength, and strengthening soft soil foundations such as highways, railways, and water conservancy.
4. Warp knitted polyester geogrid is used for railway ballast protection: due to train vibration and wind and rain, the ballast is lost. The geogrid is used to wrap the ballast to prevent it from losing and improve the stability of the roadbed;
5. Warp knitted polyester geogrid is used for railway retaining walls: geogrids are used for strengthening retaining walls on railway sides, such as railway station platforms and freight platforms, which can extend their service life and reduce maintenance costs;
6. Warp knitted polyester geogrid is used for reinforced retaining walls: laying geogrids beside highways and in vertical retaining walls can improve the bearing capacity of the retaining wall;
7. The foundation of a bridge abutment is generally prone to sinking downwards and causing vehicle jumping. Placing a geogrid under the foundation of the abutment can improve its bearing capacity and stabilize the abutment.
The outstanding advantage is that the tendency to deform (creep) under long-term load is very small, and the creep resistance strength is greatly superior to other materials of geogrids, which plays an important role in the service life of engineering. The interlocking and interlocking effect between the grid mesh and the soil forms a stress transmission mechanism, enabling local loads to quickly and effectively diffuse into a large area of soil, thereby achieving the goal of local stress and engineering service life.
1. The paving surface of the geogrid should be relatively flat. After the paving layer is qualified, in order to prevent longitudinal deflection, white lines or hanging lines should be drawn on the paving layer according to the width to start paving.
2. Fix the end of the grid with iron nails (8 nails per meter wide, evenly spaced). After fixing the end of the grid, use a paving machine to slowly pull and lay the grid forward. Manually tighten and straighten every 10 meters long until one roll of the grid is laid, and then lay the next roll. The operation is the same as before.
3. After laying one roll, use a 6T-10T roller to roll it in the forward direction from the starting point. (If it is laid on the middle surface layer and leveling layer, it is advisable to use a steel roller roller; if the grille is directly laid on the concrete pavement, it is advisable to use a rubber roller roller.)
4. Laying: The length of the section to be laid is measured by the length of the roll. After the section to be laid with the grid is filled, the paving is checked again, and then the next section is laid. When the next section is laid, the grid and grid can be overlapped with a length of 10-15CM and fixed with iron nails or wooden wedges before continuing to lay the second section in the forward direction. The operation requirements are the same as before.
